Refund & Cancellation Policy

1Consultation Services

Consultation fees, discovery sessions, and strategy sessions are non-refundable.

2Custom Software Development

Due to the nature of custom development:

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billable.
• Refunds, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3Website Development

• Advance payments are non-refundable.
• Design and development work already completed cannot be refunded.

4Monthly Subscription Services

For AI Automation, CRM, Chatbot, and Support Packages:

• Clients may cancel at any time.
• No refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.
• Services will continue until the end of the paid period.

5Third-Party Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Domain Registrations
• Hosting Fees
• API Costs
• WhatsApp Business API Charges
• Cloud Service Charges
• Software Licenses

6Project Abandonment

If a project remains inactive due to lack of client communication for more than 30 days, Aarvi Nexus AI reserves the right to close the project without refund.
